How it works
- Closed Captioning requests can easily be made from any lecture capture or video platform, or from our CaptionSync web interface. Simply indicate which videos you want captioned, and we'll do the rest.
- CaptionSync retrieves the videos, routes them to the appropriate professional human transcribers, and generates the appropriate caption files. This allows CaptionSync to deliver extremely accurate captions, without any of the errors inherent in speech recognition or crowd-sourcing solutions. Captions are produced at a 99% or higher accuracy rate and all meet FCC, ADA, Section 508 and Section 504 accessibility requirements.
- Once the transcription is complete (typically in one 1-2 days, depending on the turnaround time selected) a caption file is generated and automatically pushed back to your video platform.
