Grasple

Grasple is a practice and assessment platform with open exercises for math and statistics.

What distinguishes Grasple from other platforms is:

  • all exercises are open and Creative Commons licensed, which means universities can edit and retain all exercises.
  • it is easy to use. Teachers can write LaTeX or use their point-and-click math editor to quickly create their own exercises, or to adapt existing exercises to meet their needs.
  • teachers can share their materials and collaborate with a global community of other math and stats educators.

Grasple is a social enterprise that partners with many universities, such as Delft University of Technology and Utrecht University, to release open exercises, accessible without login, for everyone. For this they have been awarded the OEC’s Open Education Award for Excellence 2019.
